Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and for how long.
1. Who
The gurbanov.co site is operated by Idris Qurbanov (Baku, Azerbaijan), who is the controller of the data described here.
2. What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, message and which page you wrote from. It is not stored in a database; it is delivered to us as an email and stays in our mailbox. To limit spam, a hash of the sender's IP address is kept in the server's temporary folder for one minute; the address itself is not stored.
The server keeps a technical record of each request (IP address, time, address, browser) in the hosting provider's standard log, for security and for investigating faults.
3. Cookies and third parties
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The typeface loads from Google Fonts, for which your browser sends Google an ordinary request (including your IP address). There is no other third party.
4. Why, and on what basis
Form data is processed only to answer you, at your request. Server logs are kept in our legitimate interest of keeping the site secure.
5. For how long
Form emails until the exchange is over, at most 12 months. Server logs for the hosting provider's period, no longer than 90 days.
6. Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us through contact@gurbanov.co. You may also complain to the authority for personal data protection in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
7. Our products' sites
justhostin, tezqr, joblabs, tezhesabla and toytoy are separate sites, each with its own privacy policy. This one covers gurbanov.co only.
8. Changes
When this page changes, the date above changes with it.
